Do you have a required mimimum quantity?
Some items do have mimimums, but usually low, especially if you are a small business person with a limited budget. Need thousands? Discounts will apply!

What is your turn-around-time?
From the time you place your order to the time you receive your order depends on a few things like what the product is, artwork, production time and shipping time. We will personally talk to you to and get you the answers and timeline you need.

What are your payment terms.
Since are business is local San Diego, we currently accept cash and checks.

What if I have never ordered a promotional product before?
Call us. We know all of our customers and want to help you figure out what you need in your budget.

Do you do artwork if I don't have any?
Yes, we do all of it, touch it up, or help with ideas. Additional cost will apply, but it is totally worth it!
